When I call the insurance company of the owner at fault, how much information should I give about injuries?

A:

You will be asked whether anyone was hurt.  If you were taken from the scene by ambulance, or if you have already been to the emergency room, it’s okay to say so, and to report what parts of your body were clearly hurt.  The same can be said if a passenger was taken from the scene by ambulance.
But what if you’re not really sure if you’ve been hurt?  After all, it’s often the next day, or even days later, before
problems are felt for the first time.  The best answer is a truthful answer-‘I’m not sure what happened to me in the crash.  I’m going to go to the doctor to get checked out.’
