E-mail Alerts for Car and Child Car Seat Recalls and Defects

Attempting to keep up with the flood of recent auto recalls and defects is nearly impossible.  However, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration along with safecar.gov has created a simple way for you to receive up to date information on recalls and defects as they affect your vehicle.  Recall information is available for the following vehicles and vehicle equipment:

  • Tires
  • Child restraints (child car seats)
  • All vehicles
  • Specific makes and models
  • Motorcycles, helmets and motorcycle equipment
  • School busses

To subscribe to NHTSA's recall notification e-mail system please click here.

By receiving these e-mail notifications you can ensure that you know what recalls affect your vehicle.  This knowledge can save lives and prevent needless injuries.  Though our offices are located across Central and Eastern Connecticut we see accident victims from across the state that believe that an auto defect has caused them harm.

The staff and attorneys at Glass, Lebovitz, Kasheta & Bren hope that you will sign up for the e-mail notification system provided by the NHTSA.  Together we can help prevent injuries and deaths caused by auto and motorcycle defects.
